QluMan GUI running natively on Windows

With the release of WSL 2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux 2) it has become straight-forward to run the QluMan GUI directly on Windows workstations. We have now added this constellation into our portfolio of tested, verified and supported components.

This means that cluster admins working on Windows can now follow the corresponding setup guide and enjoy a much improved user experience when working on Qlustar clusters.
