Introducing QlusZio at ISC 16
At the upcoming ISC 2016 conference in Frankfurt, Q-Leap will introduce its brand-new series of QlusZio software-defined storage appliances. QlusZio systems are turn-key storage clusters built using Qlustar DataStack components on top of certified hardware from Q-Leap partners. They are the perfect building block for scalable, performant and highly-available clustered storage. Offering the choice to run parallel filesystems like BeeGFS and Lustre, block storage systems like Ceph or native iSCSI and finally S3 object storage via Ceph, leaves nothing to be desired. Employing ZFS as storage backend, data safety and integrity come for granted.
In short: QlusZio systems are high-performance, super-scalable and rock solid.
When preparing your show schedule, make sure to reserve some time to visit the Qlustar team at the Q-Leap Networks booth #552 to hear all about this exciting new storage system. Also don’t miss a demonstration of the newly available Qlustar 9.1.1 release. Amongst others, it includes the following QluMan 2.1.1 highlights:
- GPU auto-detection and Slurm Gres configuration module.
- New Wizard allowing easy and consistent GPU configs for usage under Slurm.
- Convenient new log message viewer.
Our 4 Petabyte demo cluster loaded with Lustre, BeeGFS, OpenStack and Ceph will give you a taste, how Qlustar will simplify your life, even when dealing with the most demanding workloads.
